Google and Yahoo have revealed some details of the advertising deal made several months ago. As part of an antimonopoly proceedings, the companies told the supervisory bodies some details not related to the financial schemes of division of profits from advertising, says Reuters agency.
In the documents submitted to the consideration the companies emphasize that the transaction is not exclusive to the companies and all additional business opportunities are to remain for partners.
Also the documents state the possibility of joint development of instant messengers Yahoo Messenger and Google Talk.
According to the expectations of Yahoo, the cooperation with Google will bring from $ 250 million to $ 450 million per year after signing the contract.
