Yahoo has integrated three new applications into the search.

Last month the search engine Yahoo opened SearchMonkey gallery - a directory of applications. Every user can add these applications to the system of his own search engine. Yahoo has integrated three of the gallery applications into the search as default.

Search results from social site of feedback and comments Yelp, a professional social network LinkedIn and local search Yahoo Local SearchMonkey will be available to all users.

According to Yahoo, these applications have shown their effectiveness in test mode by lifting the clickable rates of results at 15%.
