The official announced agreement emphasizes that this is not a merger of the companies, but only a deal for a part of the transaction requests, so it is not harmful to the market and is not monopolizing.

Google and Yahoo will continue their rivalry, which will boost the development of the market and the emergence of new technologies for users and ad agents.
